Department of IT organized a meditation programme on “How Meditation Improves Attention” for II, III and IV year students on 31.12.2018.  Mr.Natarajan.S, Professional Meditation Trainer, AP/ECE made the students to involve in mediation for half an hour and discussed the following points

  • Reduces Stress
  • Promotes Emotional Health
  • Enhances Self-Awareness.
  • May Reduce Age-Related Memory Loss.
  • Can Generate Kindness.

Totally, 52 students from II, III and IV IT attended the meditation programme.
