The primary objective and aim of establishing CLT is to provide faculty with guidance and support to be effective as teachers and mentors across all SNS Institutions. Student-centered learning and teaching is the main key factor for an institution success. Research confirms that the most important factor contributing to a student’s success in college is the quality of teaching and learning. In a digitalized and interconnected world, the definition of education has now revamped.

SNS Group of Institutions now provides a restructured education system which also includes thinking skills, emotional skills, social skills, understandings and dispositions. If we want to make students to learn, the most critical element of concentration is the teaching and learning. Hence, SNS Group of Institutions invests in building teacher’s professional capacity and empowers them with the necessary skills and disposition.

The SNS Centre for Learning and Teaching envisions creating an educational space that promotes excellence and innovation in teaching communities. Our aim is to lead and inspire innovative teaching that promotes meaningful learning and student success and build a Powerful Learning and Teaching Environment.

The SNS Center for Learning and Teaching understands teaching as a critical practice, driven by inquiry, experimentation, reflection, and collaboration. We promote pedagogy that is inclusive, student-centered, and research-based. We support the purposeful use of new media and emerging technologies in the classroom and online to foster the success of SNS Group of Institutions teachers and students.
