Department of Civil Engineering

The Department of Civil Engineering is one of the primary departments of SNS College of Engineering was established in the year 2011 with an intake of 60 students. Since its establishment, the Department has been imparting quality education to B.E students updating teaching learning process from time to time, modernizing its laboratories with state of the art equipment’s and software’s. Our department proudly houses vibrant dedicated, motivated faculty members with several specialized sub-disciplines. The Department of Civil Engineering signed MoUs with industries as well as foreign Universities (University Technology MARA, Malaysia). The Students are offered stipend for internships for summer and winter vacations. We conduct plenty of technical programmes and entrepreneurship programmes funded by DST NIMAT to hone the entrepreneurship skill of the students. The best practices of the department includes Onsite teaching, Value added Courses, Internships, Training on Online MCQ Questions using Kahoot App, Yoga and Meditation, etc.,
